Event Details


Date: Wednesday, April 12th, 2017

Time: 7pm - 10pm

Location: 800 Congress - 800 Congress Ave., Austin, TX 78701

Parking: Parking is available at the garage located at 816 Colorado for $6.  You will take a ticket as you enter the garage and ask for a discounted ticket when you check in or before leaving the event to use as you exit. 

Your support will help us fulfill our mission of providing education, support, and resources to individuals with Down syndrome, their families, professionals, and the community while building public awareness and acceptance of the abilities of individuals with Down syndrome. Your donation makes it possible for us to provide many programs and services to our members with Down syndrome.


  • $30,000 allows approximate 30 students to pariticipate in the DSACT Speak Freely Therapy Program.  The true market value of this program is over $100,000. 
  • $12,000 allows 40 children , teens and adults to attend a week of Bike Camp.
  • $2,000 allows 25 adults to attend a year of Book Club.
  • $1,000 allows 1 adult to pursue postsecondary educational or vocational opportunities through a DSACT scholarship.
