Visual supports help eliminate behavior problems and create greater independence for your child. You will understand how to create your own or find the resources online for already available visuals. There will be many examples and explanations of how to implement this in every day life. Since children with Down syndrome are visual learners this approach helps them learn and recall information faster for more progress in multiple areas. We all use visuals every day. Provide those supports for your child too.
Join us on Saturday, January 9 at Covenant Presbyterian Church from 9am - 11am. All classes are free. No childcare is provided. Please let Peggy Wolf know if you are interest in attending by emailing her at Peggy.firstname.lastname@example.org.
