The Run/Walk program was initiated in February of 2013 and is run by a group of UT Students, the Texas Lassos.
Participants meet weekly at the St. Edward’s University track for an hour of warm-up activities, walking and jogging around a track, and a cool down period. Participants should bring their running shoes and water. All ages and experience levels of running are welcome, the program is designed to be progressive as the season moves forward.
