Want to get your teen or adult with Down syndrome off the couch and moving? Throw on some comfortable clothes and bring them to Boot Camp! Boot Camp is an hour of fun where we move, encourage, laugh and sweat together while listening to music. We concentrate on four areas: aerobic, core strength, weight training with small hand weights and social interaction. No matter what your fitness level is you and your child will be successful in this class!
